One hour, 24 h, 48 h and weekly packages are available.

If the set rental time does not correspond to one of the standard flat rates, the final cost will be calculated automatically by proposing the most convenient rate: one of the flat rate packages or by adding to the package of shorter duration the rate of euro 2,50 / 15 min for the extra time.

If you exceed the initial 50 km within 24 hours, counted at the start of the sharing, a cost of € 0.24 will be applied to each additional km. If the set rental time does not correspond to one of the standard rates, the final cost will be calculated by adding the rate of € 2.50 / 15min to the rate provided by the package.

Some examples, by way of non-exhaustive example:

If you need the car for 25 hours, you will pay the 24 hour flat rate of 50.00 euros + 4 quarters of an hour. 50.00 euros + (4 quarters of an hour x 2.50 euros) = 60.00 euros

If you need the car for 26 hours, you will pay the 24 hour flat rate of 50.00 euros + 8 quarters of an hour. 50.00 euros + (8 quarters of an hour x 2.50 euros) = 70.00 euros

If you need the car for 49 hours, you will pay the 48 hour flat rate of 90.00 euros + 4 quarters of an hour. 90.00 euros + (4 quarters of an hour x 2.50 euros) = 100.00 euros.

If you need the car for 4 days you will pay the weekly flat rate of euro 200.00 (cheaper than the 48 hours flat rate x 2).

If you need the car for 5 days you will pay the weekly flat rate of euro 200.00 (cheaper than the 48 hours flat rate x 2 plus the 24 hours flat rate x 1).

Scooter: € 20 for the 24 hours forfait.

At the time of booking, a pre-authorization is made by the system on the card, temporarily blocking an amount equal to € 100.

Late penalties are handled automatically by the system. Any penalties accrued for late return will be charged at the end of the rental period.

Example: Rental end scheduled for 12:00 noon.
The user has a 14-minute grace period. From minute 15 (at 12:15 p.m.), the system charges EUR 25 "one-off" and a further EUR 25 for entering the first hour's delay. Total: 50 euro penalty.

At 1 p.m., the system charges a further 25 euros for entering the second hour's delay band. Delivering the car at 1.30 p.m. (and until 1.59 p.m.) the penalty will be 75 euros in total.

The service is activated and ended via smartphone with the Eway App: approach the vehicle with Bluetooth and GPS activated, open the App, go to the "reservation" section and follow the procedure that will allow you to activate the vehicle.

Scooters have batteries that are accessible and rechargeable only by authorized personnel. If you return the vehicle earlier than expected, you will still be charged as established because until the conclusion of the booking the car cannot be used by other people.
