Instructions

Min. duration of the service 24 hours (SCOOTER), 1 hour (CAR);

Maximum duration of the service 1 week;

Advance booking (max 30 days before, min 5 minutes before);

Maximum time to modify or cancel a reservation before its scheduled start / end: 60 minutes;

The extension is allowed until another reservation is made on the vehicle.

The reservation will be canceled automatically in case of no-start after 1 hour of the time indicated in the booking phase, with a charge of the relative penalty.

The booking ends only when the user relocates the vehicle at the departure station and closes both the vehicle and the booking via the App.

To close the reservation:

CAR: use the 'finish' button in the booking summary section of the app.

SCOOTER: use the 'end booking' button in the menu in the 'key' section of the App.
